Feeding programs play an essential role in their communities. It is vital they can be consistently relied upon by neighbors in need. Succession planning is a process to prepare personnel and operations for a smooth transition in planned or unplanned/emergency leadership changes\, whether long-term or temporary.  \nPlease join us for a workshop designed to help you create a customized succession plan for your feeding program. The goal of this in-person\, interactive workshop is to help you outline and develop a comprehensive succession plan for leadership and other roles.
