SUMMARY:Troy Waterfront Chili Festival
DESCRIPTION:Take the chill off on Saturday\, November 5 from 1-4 pm as you fill up on chili from your favorite Troy Waterfront eateries including Brown’s Brewing Company\, Troy Beer Garden\, Oh Corn!\, Ryan’s Wake\, and the River Street Market vendors. This is a family-friendly event held rain or shine in the River Street Market waterfront lot. The Hot Club of Saratoga will provide music and Brown’s Brewing Company’s beer will be flowing. \nTickets are $20 in advance\, $25 day of (children under 12 free). Proceeds from ticket sales go to the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York. \nBring a bag of groceries to donate to the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York and be entered to win a very special raffled-off prize from all of the vendors. Most needed items are: peanut butter\, jelly\, canned soups\, canned meals\, cereal\, oatmeal\, granola bars\, canned fruit\, canned vegetables\, 100% juice\, canned protein (tuna\, chicken\, beans)\, pasta\, macaroni & cheese\, brown rice\, white rice\, tamari\, soy sauce\, dried beans (black and kidney)\, adobo seasoning\, sazon\, masa flour\, shampoo\, conditioner\, soap\, body wash\, deodorant\, toothbrushes\, toothpaste\, bathroom tissue\, paper towels\, feminine hygiene products\, diapers\, and wipes. Low sodium and low sugar items are preferred. All items must be in original packaging\, (unopened\, not expired). No glass jars\, and no pet food\, please. \n
