DESCRIPTION:Customer Service (10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.) \nThink about your agency’s customer service: is it good enough\, or can you do better? Please join us as we welcome Charlotte Carter\, Executive Director of the New York State Dispute Resolution Association\, to discuss ways to identify potential conflict\, mediate it\, and de-escalate it when it occurs.
