The evening will feature many of the area’s finest chefs and New York state vintners, who will pair up to create a fabulous six-course meal of culinary delights. Drawing upon the New York state harvest of local growers and producers, the chefs and vintners have developed a creative Spanish-themed meal comprised of the finest ingredients, much of it organically raised or all natural.
