After three decades of bringing together farmers, producers, and culinary professionals to raise awareness and funds for the Regional Food Bank, we are raising the bar on one of the Capital Region’s favorite events.
Introducing CHEFS – an alluring new take on the beloved Chefs & Vintners’ Harvest Dinner, featuring even more local budding chefs, beverage-makers, and the best farm-to-table four-course meal in the Capital Region. After enjoying over a dozen delectable food and beverage tastings, dinner will be curated with fresh and local ingredients, procured specifically for this event. We’re expanding on our pairings as well, bringing in some of the latest craft beverage producers and the best New York State wines.
Along with being a foodie’s dream, CHEFS will showcase live entertainment catered to this year’s theme, Palm Royale, our presentation of the annual Mark Quandt Service Award, and opportunities to explore the Regional Food Bank and our mission. Proceeds from this event provide over half a million meals annually! Join us for an unforgettable night in support of nourishing hope and strengthening our community.
