Why is the Chief Operating Officer of the Regional Food Bank swimming 1.2 miles, biking 56 miles, and running 13.1 miles all in just one day? Mid-life crisis? Maybe. But if he’s going to put his body through 70.3 grueling miles, he’s determined to make it count. That’s why he’s turning this challenge into a fundraiser to fight hunger in our community.
