Over the last nine years, A Taste of Rensselaer County has evolved from a farm yard pig roast to a must-see culinary event. The focus however has always remained the same: to connect consumers with the fresh, delicious, farm-based products grown and produced in Rensselaer County. This year’s event will feature tasting stations from area restaurants, farms and producers including: Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, Hilton Garden Inn, Hungry Fish Café, Brookview Station Winery, Brown’s Brewing, Kinderhook Creek Farm, Mapledale Farm and others.
