The Regional Food Bank’s Community Health Program’s team works to help our neighbors in need who might be facing access barriers to food.
Medicaid members who qualify through the Medicaid 115 Waiver can be screened for this service and have healthy, nutritious and even local foods delivered to their homes. A HUGE thank you to Michelle Brizzell, for working with our Community Health Programs team to make this a possibility!
