Many businesses contribute generously to the Food Bank’s work. In this Hunger’s Hope edition, we highlight two great corporate supporters – Broadview Federal Credit Union and Enterprise Holdings

Broadview Federal Credit Union has supported the Regional Food Bank in various ways for nearly 30 years! The credit union, formed by the merger of CAP COM and SEFCU in 2022, has made financial contributions to each of our fundraising events, held employee food drives, and sent groups of employees to volunteer at the Food Bank each month. Broadview annually provides support for general operations and programs and has also helped us strengthen our infrastructure by funding barcoding equipment to improve warehouse efficiency and autolocking doors to enhance building security. The Broadview team is dedicated to the Food Bank’s mission and generous with their support. They encourage other companies to donate, volunteer their time, and attend Food Bank functions. Broadview recently announced the donation of a Freight Farm to the Food Bank that will allow us to grow fresh produce 365 days a year! We thank Broadview for its varied efforts to help us better serve our partner agencies and our neighbors in need.

Enterprise Holdings has supported the Regional Food Bank since 2016, when it launched its “Fill Your Tank” initiative to combat food insecurity in the communities it serves. This initiative supports Feeding America food banks throughout the country and has provided major financial support to our operations each year since then, contributing the equivalent of more than 1.5 million meals. Additionally, local Enterprise leaders host annual volunteer events at the Food Bank to further engage their employees in community service. We are so grateful for our partnership with Enterprise and the tremendous impact its efforts have on the Food Bank and our neighbors in need.
