Customer Service & Conflict Resolution
February 8, 2018 @ 10:30 am - 2:30 pm
Customer Service (10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.)
Think about your agency’s customer service: is it good enough, or can you do better? What if you delivered five star services to each and every person served? How would that impact your clients, volunteers, and supporters? How about your staff and volunteer morale? Delivering exceptional service can have a positive impact on clients’ lives, program outcomes, and your overall financial sustainability.
Conflict Resolution (12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.)
Conflict occurs everywhere, even at the most compassionate agencies where quality customer service is the norm. Please join us as we welcome Charlotte Carter, Executive Director of the New York State Dispute Resolution Association, to discuss ways to identify potential conflict, mediate it, and de-escalate it when it occurs. Charlotte is also a Member of the Food Bank’s Board of the Directors and the Director of Coxsackie Community Food Pantry.
RSVP to Amy Robillard at 845-534-5344 ext. 107 or at https://february8training.eventbrite.com.
