Hours of Operation
The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The warehouse is open to volunteers and member agencies Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and from 12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Volunteer shifts are also available Monday – Thursday evenings from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and weekends from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (please register at Volunteer – Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York )
We also host volunteers over age 18 in our Salvage Sorting room weekdays from 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Regional Food Bank Facility Tour
We cordially invite groups to tour the Regional Food Bank facility, where each year more than 55 million pounds of food are received, sorted, repackaged, and sent out to over 1,000 member agencies throughout our 23-county service area.
